Athletics

We offer a range of sports teams and physical education courses to students. These programs aim to promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership skills. Sports teams can include traditional sports like basketball, soccer, and football, as well as non-traditional sports like lacrosse, volleyball, and swimming. Physical education courses typically provide students with an overview of different types of fitness, such as cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility training. Athletics education may also involve offering training for individual sports, such as track and field or cross country. Overall, athletics education is an important part of our school's curriculum, providing students with opportunities to stay active, learn new skills, and build relationships with their peers.
